Roll-Offs
Roll-Off Dumpster Rental in Pensacola, FL
Ten, fifteen, twenty, thirty and forty yard roll-offs on a flat rate, delivered same day or next day across Escambia and Santa Rosa, with next-day swaps and protection boards on every set.
This is the overview page. Wagner & Co runs five roll-off sizes out of the East Hill yard — 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 yard — on a flat rate that includes delivery, a set rental period, an agreed tonnage allowance, pickup and disposal. Protection boards go under the rails on every set, residential or commercial. Ross Wagner has run this yard since 2016, and the operating principle has not changed: quote the whole job up front, and say so plainly when a size or a date will not work.
Delivery is same day when you call before the cut-off and next day on essentially everything else, with next-day swaps once a container is full. The service radius runs from East Hill out to Gulf Breeze, Navarre, Milton, Pace, Cantonment, Perdido Key and Pensacola Beach, which means both counties and both bridges. Barrier-island runs take longer and we will tell you that when you book rather than after. If you need steel today, start at same-day delivery.
One thing worth knowing before you call: Escambia and Santa Rosa are separate permitting jurisdictions, and the City of Pensacola is separate again. A container on your own driveway normally needs nothing. A container in a street or public right-of-way generally does, and which office you ask depends on which side of the line you are on. Our permit guide and the size comparison page cover both questions.
The Five Sizes And How We Run Them
10 Yard Container
The dense-material box. Concrete, brick, tile, dirt and small heavy demo loads. Low walls, short footprint, fits a narrow historic driveway, and it reaches haul weight while it still looks half empty.
15 Yard Container
The most-requested residential size in Pensacola. A garage and shed cleanout, a bathroom remodel, or a single-layer roof tear-off, on a driveway with room to walk around it.
20 Yard Container
The all-rounder. Whole-house cleanouts, multi-layer tear-offs, small commercial fit-outs and tight infill jobsites. It is also the practical ceiling for downtown alleys and Seville district streets.
30 Yard Container
The jobsite workhorse. Framing scrap, drywall, mixed construction debris, restaurant and retail gut-outs. Enough capacity to avoid a swap every other day on an active build.
40 Yard Container
High-volume, low-density work only — warehouse purges, full tenant strip-outs, packaging and insulation. Long container, needs real room, and we confirm access before we promise it.
Same-Day And Next-Day Delivery
Call before the cut-off and we route it out of East Hill that day. Everything else goes next day. Barrier-island and Santa Rosa runs add time, and we say so when you book.
Next-Day Swap-Outs
Full container out, empty container in, usually the following morning. Book the swaps at the start of a phased job and we hold the slots rather than fitting you in around everyone else.
Flat-Rate Pricing
One quoted rate covering delivery, the rental period, the tonnage allowance, pickup and disposal. If something about your load will change that number, we tell you before the truck rolls.
Which Size, And How To Describe The Job
The fastest way to get sized right is to describe the job the way we think about it: rooms, materials and access. Not "a big pile" — tell us it is a two-car garage, an attic and a shed, or twenty-two squares of two-layer shingle, or a kitchen with tile floor coming up. Materials matter more than volume, because dense debris closes a container on weight while light bulky debris closes it on space. Then tell us the access: driveway width, surface, low limbs, gate codes, and whether the truck can back straight in. That last part is why a 20 yard sometimes beats a 30 yard on a historic street. Compare all five on the size guide before you call.
15 Yard Dumpster
Single-room remodels, tear-offs to about 20 squares, PCS garage clear-outs.
View this size →20yd³20 Yard Dumpster
Garage, attic and carport clear-outs, multi-room renovations, storm gut-outs.
View this size →30yd³30 Yard Dumpster
Whole-home cleanouts, new construction, additions, commercial projects.
View this size →Where We Deliver And Who Permits It
We run from the East Hill yard across Pensacola proper, Ferry Pass, Brent, Warrington, Myrtle Grove, Cantonment and Perdido Key, then east over the bridges to Gulf Breeze, Navarre, Milton and Pace. Beach and barrier-island runs take longer because of access, bridge traffic and short sandy drives, so those get booked with realistic timing rather than optimistic timing. On permits, know which jurisdiction you are in before you call: Escambia County, Santa Rosa County and the City of Pensacola all handle right-of-way placement separately, and requirements get revised. Private driveway placement usually needs nothing at all, which covers the large majority of what we set. If you are on a line between two of them — and plenty of addresses out toward Pace, Cantonment and Perdido Key are — tell us the street and we will point you at the right office before you waste a morning on the wrong one. Full detail is on the service areas page.

Roll-Off Dumpster Rental FAQs
What is included in the rate?
Delivery, a set rental period, an agreed tonnage allowance, pickup and disposal, all quoted as one flat rate before the truck leaves the yard. Protection boards are standard, not an extra. The things that change a number are going over the tonnage allowance, keeping the container past the agreed period, or a load carrying material we have to route separately. We tell you about all three up front rather than at the end.
How long can I keep the container?
The standard rental period covers most household and small contractor jobs comfortably, and if you need longer we arrange it when you book rather than after the fact. On phased construction we usually run swaps instead — a full container out and an empty one in the next morning — because that keeps the site working. Just call before the period runs out; extensions arranged in advance are simple, retroactive ones are not.
Do I need a permit for a roll-off in Pensacola?
On your own driveway or private lot, normally no. In a public street, parking lane or right-of-way, generally yes, and the office you apply to depends on where you are: Escambia County, Santa Rosa County, or the city if you are inside Pensacola limits. They are genuinely separate jurisdictions. Confirm the current requirement yourself before delivery, because these rules change.
How much space does the truck actually need?
Roughly sixty feet of straight approach for the smaller boxes and more for a 30 or 40 yard, about ten and a half feet of width, and clear vertical space for the hoist arm to raise. That last one is the constraint people forget in East Hill and North Hill, where live oak limbs hang low over narrow original driveways. Send us a photo of the drive and we will tell you honestly whether the size you want will fit.
What can I not put in a roll-off?
No liquid paint, solvents, fuel, motor oil, pesticides, batteries, tires, propane cylinders, refrigerant-charged appliances, or anything containing asbestos. Household chemicals go to an Escambia County household hazardous waste drop-off — start with Escambia County. Vegetative debris has to stay a separate clean load under Florida rules. Our acceptance guide lists it all, and acceptance rules do change.
